Monica Biddix is a seasoned political strategist with over a decade of experience leading high-stakes campaigns and public awareness initiatives across the country, from small-town, local races to presidential bids. A trusted advisor to candidates at every level of government, Monica has helped many campaigns defy the odds and secure decisive victories.
She’s worked with candidates coast to coast, from Washington, D.C. to Washington State, connecting candidates with top campaign talent, crafting compelling communications strategies, and executing launch plans that earn media attention and build early momentum. In 2024, Monica helped guide the team that elected the first Indian-American to citywide office in the District of Columbia.

Monica is a proud native of Western North Carolina. She earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, then went on to earn her master’s in History from the College of Charleston. While attending the College of Charleston, she served as a graduate assistant at the Avery Research Center for African American History and Culture, co-authoring A Selective Index to the Post and Courier Newspaper about African Americans in Charleston, 1981–2005.
After years sharpening her craft in the political trenches of Iowa, Monica returned to the East Coast in 2019. Monica enjoys engaging in a spirited Pickleball match and is an avid UNC basketball fan who also enjoys cheering on the Jaibos baseball squad when she visits Mexico.
