Marty Santalucia is the CEO of MFStrategies, a national consulting firm helping Democratic candidates and causes win by combining deep political expertise with data-driven strategy. With over 20 years of experience, Marty has guided campaigns up and down the ballot, from scrappy challengers to emerging party leaders, ensuring each receives the strategic support typically reserved for top-tier races.
Early in his career, Marty served as Field Director and senior staff on former Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf's successful campaign, and as a leader of his transition into office. Marty then moved into fundraising, where he’s raise tens of millions for progressive candidates across the country.
Since founding MFStrategies, he's had the honor of working with talented leaders from across the country, including many years as the chief political and financial advisor to Pennsylvania State Representative Joanna McClinton, charting the course of her rise from leadership newcomer, to House Democratic Leader, to the first woman (and first Black Pennsylvanian in over three decades) to serve as Speaker of the United States' oldest legislative body.
Known for his clarity in program design, operational execution, and ability to turn insights into action, Marty’s built a reputation as a consummate professional who can build robust and reliable organizations for clients.
Marty is also at the forefront of applying artificial intelligence to public opinion and political strategy. As a founder of Twig Intelligence, he leads the development of a generative AI platform that simulates and analyzes voter perspectives, providing campaigns and nonprofits with real-time, decision-ready insights. He also serves on the AI Curriculum Advisory Committee at Penn State University, advising on the construction of an undergraduate program focused on AI in public policy.
A graduate of Penn State with a degree in Political Science, Marty has been recognized with multiple PoliticsPA “30 Under 30” awards and featured on Nathaniel Pearlman's Great Battlefield Podcast and 37Signals’ REWORK Podcast for his work modernizing political strategy. He lives in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, with his wife, two daughters, and their cat.
